How to Create a Wedding Design Deck in 15 Minutes (Not 3 Hours)

Your design deck takes 3 hours because you are building it from scratch. Every image is a placeholder. Every text block is lorem ipsum. Every color swatch is empty. What if it took 15 minutes because the building was already done?

Step 1: Pick Your Design Keywords (2 min)

A grid of 42 vibe words: Romantic, Playful, Cozy, Luxurious, Relaxed, Bold, Elegant, Whimsical, Rustic, Modern, Classic, Bohemian, and 30 more. Pick 3-5 that describe the couple's vision.

This is not just for fun. Your keyword selections influence which template Gia recommends, the AI-generated image style, and the suggested vision statement. "Bold + Modern + Edgy" recommends Modern Editorial with high-contrast, magazine-quality visuals.

Step 2: Choose a Template (1 min)

8 options. Each with a scrollable 32-page preview so you can see every page before committing.

• Elegant Minimalist -- bright, airy, quiet luxury. Playfair Display + Inter.
• Romantic Garden -- warm, lush, golden hour. Cormorant Garamond + Lora.
• Modern Editorial -- bold, graphic, magazine. All-caps Inter.
• Classic Timeless -- formal, structured, enduring. Cinzel + Libre Baskerville.

Gia recommends a template based on your keywords. You can accept the recommendation or choose any template you want.

Step 3: Replace the Hero Images (5 min)

The template ships with AI-generated images matched to the style. Elegant Minimalist gets bright, airy, minimal florals. Modern Luxe gets moody candlelight and velvet textures.

For most pages, the default images are good enough to keep. For the hero pages -- cover, mood board, ceremony, tablescape -- swap in images specific to this couple's venue and vision. Click an image placeholder, pick from your uploads or Gia's image search, done.

Or keep the defaults. Some planners send the first deck with template images to get the couple excited, then replace with venue-specific photos once the booking is confirmed.

Step 4: Edit the Text (5 min)

Every page has real sample copy, not lorem ipsum. The vision statement reads like a vision statement. The vendor contact list has realistic role names. The timeline runs from 6 AM Hair and Makeup through 11 PM Send-Off.

You are editing, not writing from scratch. Replace "Alex and Jordan" with the couple's names. Swap the venue name. Adjust the timeline to match the actual schedule. Click and type.

Step 5: Adjust the Palette (1 min)

Change one color, and all 32 pages update automatically. The primary color, secondary color, accent, neutral, and metallic -- each has a role, and changing any of them cascades across every heading, divider, label, and decorative element in the deck.

Pull colors from the couple's inspiration images. Or use Gia's pre-set palettes that are already coordinated. Either way, one click, 32 pages updated.

Step 6: Delete What You Do Not Need (1 min)
